Research-use only

All products sold through championshippeptides.com ("we," "us," "our") are supplied exclusively as research-grade materials for laboratory and in-vitro use. Products are sold for research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption. They have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

By purchasing from us, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not administer, ingest, inject, apply, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal by any method, and you will not resell or distribute our products for any such purpose.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
• You are a qualified professional or researcher purchasing for legitimate research use, as described in the Eligibility section below.
• You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of any material you receive, in line with applicable laws and your institution's safety guidelines.
• You agree to indemnify championshippeptides.com against any claim arising from use of our products outside this research-use scope, as further described in the Indemnification section below.

Eligibility & account requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to access this site, and you'll be asked to confirm this before entering. To place an order, you must:

• Create an account (we do not offer guest checkout).
• Confirm your identity, generally via email verification.
• Designate your field of research from our provided list (e.g., Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Academic Research, or a similar qualified research field).
• Acknowledge, by checkbox, that you are purchasing for research purposes only and have read and agree to these Terms.

We're unable to accept orders from individuals or organizations identifying as med spas, gyms, weight-loss clinics, or similar consumer-facing wellness businesses, as our products are not sold for those purposes.

You represent that you are a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution or organization, with the legal authority to accept these terms where you live. We may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order at our discretion — including where we have reason to believe the product will be used outside the research scope described in this policy.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; no contract exists until we confirm and ship your order. We reserve the right to correct listing or pricing errors and to cancel an order — even one already confirmed — if such an error occurred.

• Promotions and discounts apply only while stock lasts and generally cannot be combined unless we state otherwise.
• You're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that apply in your region.
• Payments are handled by third-party processors; we don't retain your full payment card information.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout.
• At checkout, you'll be asked to separately acknowledge that products are for research use only and that you agree to these Terms — both are required to complete your order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to misstate the intended use of a product, or to infringe on anyone else's rights. You may not attempt to breach our systems' security, scrape our site in a way that impairs performance, or resell products while removing lot numbers or accompanying documentation.

Documentation & Certificates of Analysis

Every batch we ship includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent lab confirming identity and purity for that specific lot, using the testing method noted on the certificate. These results apply to the tested sample only and don't guarantee outcomes in any particular research application.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including design elements, copy, graphics, logos, and data presentations — belongs to championshippeptides.com or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, aside from personal research reference.

Warranty & limitation of liability

Our sole warranty is that products match the identity and purity stated on the COA at time of shipment. Beyond that, we disclaim all other warranties to the extent the law allows, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Since we have no control over how a product is stored, handled, or used once delivered, our total liability for any claim related to a product or these terms is capped at the price you paid for that product. We're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold championshippeptides.com, along with our team and suppliers, harmless from any claim or expense resulting from your use of our site or products, any breach of these terms on your part, or any violation of law or third-party rights — including use of a product outside its intended research scope.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these terms or your use of the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

SMS / MMS mobile messaging program

If you opt into our SMS/MMS messaging program, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy governing that program. Depending on the tools we use, messages may be automated or AI-assisted; if so, we'll disclose that clearly along with how to reach a human instead.
